SWIMMING AT THE SCHOOL.

The different styles.

In this sport there are four types of swimming:

a) The front crawl is also called the Freestyle Stroke. Most of swimmers use this style in the freestyle competitions because is faster than any other style.

b) The backstroke is similar to the front crawl, but upside down.

c)The breaststroke uses a frog-style kick, where you have to bend your arms and legs at the same time that you introduce your head under the water.

d) The butterfly Stroke uses a dolphin-style kick and it makes you remember how to stabilize the rhythm between your arms and legs.
