1. Introduce yourself in the class blog. Name, class and favorite sports. ➤ Click on comments.

2. Make a healthy breakfast and send the photo to: diony_viso@hotmail.com
3. Go outside and do physical activity. Then, comment on the blog how you felt and what you played.
4. Do physical exercise at home and send me your photo explaining what you are doing.
5. Write a comment on the blog with your suggestion to do at the breaktime.
6. Who is your favorite athlete? Comment on the blog why he/she is your favorite athlete.
7. Physical activity in nature. Comment 3 advices for doing sport in nature.
